Download your numbers

Save the chart, any list or the bot details as a CSV file you can open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.

Where you can download

Look for Download CSV (a small download icon) on a site’s Overview. A CSV file is a plain table that opens in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets or any spreadsheet app. Every file covers the range you picked at the top (Today, 7 days or 30 days) and, if you picked one, the domain.

There are three places:

The numbers and the chart

Click Download CSV in the corner of the numbers card. You get one line per bar on the chart: one per hour for Today, one per day for 7 or 30 days. The columns are:

  • time, in your site’s time zone
  • visitors
  • pageviews
  • bounce rate (%)
  • session time (seconds)

Any list

Each of the four list cards (Sources, Locations, Pages, Devices) has its own download icon. It saves the tab you have open, with the full list, up to 100 rows, not just the 10 on screen. For example, open Pages → Entry and download to get your top entry pages.

The columns are the name of each row, then visitors, then views (entries on the Entry tab, clicks on Exit links), and the share of visitors (share (%)) where the card shows it. Campaign files also get source and medium columns.

Bot visits

When Crustat left bot visits out (the “bot visits left out” line under the chart), click that line, then Download CSV. The same button is in the details panel. The file holds every reason’s lists and the latest visits, with the address, page, country, city, browser, system, network, referrer and time. See How bots are kept out.

File names

Files are named after what’s in them, the domain, the range and today’s date, for example:

crustat-entry-example.com-7d-2026-10-06.csv

They’re saved as UTF-8, so accents and other alphabets open correctly in Excel.

What you can’t download

  • Longer periods. The download covers up to 30 days, the longest range on the Overview. History shows months and years on screen, without a download.
  • Online now and the When people came grid.
  • Goals, Events, Paths and Search words. These tabs show their numbers on screen only.

To share numbers without a file, see Share your stats.
