These terms are an agreement between you and Web Freestyle SRL (IDNO 1021600031185, VAT 0509192, str. Alba-Iulia 21, of. 1, MD-2051, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova), the company that runs Crustat. By creating an account or adding Crustat to a website, you agree to them. If you use Crustat for a company or organisation, you agree for it and confirm you may do so; "you" then means that organisation.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give true details when you sign up.
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members do.

2. Free trial

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with every feature. You don't need a card to start. When the trial ends:

Crustat keeps counting visits on your sites.
Your dashboard, reports and emails are locked until you choose a paid plan. Choose one and everything collected so far is there.
If no plan is paid within 2 months of connecting your first site, we deactivate the account: Crustat stops counting, and the account's data is deleted as described in our Privacy page. We email you before this happens.

3. Plans and billing

Prices are in US dollars and shown on the pricing page. Taxes such as VAT are added where the law requires.
You pay in advance, every month or every year. Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We remind you before a yearly plan renews.
Each plan covers a number of page views and events (outbound clicks, file downloads and custom events) a month, websites and team members. If you go over, we keep counting and never charge extra by surprise. If you're over for two months in a row, we'll ask you to move to a plan that fits; if you don't, we may move you at your next renewal after telling you at least 14 days before.
Moving to a bigger plan takes effect straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving to a smaller plan or cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
Payments already made are not refunded for part-used periods, except where the law requires it or where something went wrong on our side. Write to us and we'll make it right.
If a payment fails, we tell you and try again. If it still fails after 14 days, your dashboard is locked as after a trial until the payment goes through.
We may change prices. We tell you at least 30 days before, and the new price applies from your next renewal. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

4. Consumers in the EU and UK

Crustat is made for businesses and website owners. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing. When you start a paid plan, you ask us to start the service straight away; if you then cancel within 14 days, we refund what you paid minus the part of the period you used. The free trial doesn't cost anything, so there's nothing to cancel.

5. Your sites and your visitors

Only add Crustat to websites you own or are allowed to manage.
For your visitors' data, you are the controller and we are your processor. Our Data Processing Agreement is part of these terms and applies automatically.
You are responsible for your website's compliance, such as mentioning Crustat in your privacy policy. Crustat sets no cookies and stores nothing on your visitors' devices, so it doesn't need their consent under cookie rules. Whether your site needs a consent banner for the other tools it runs is up to you.

6. Your data

Your data is yours. We use it only to run Crustat for you, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement. You can export it at any time. When you delete a site, or your account is closed or deactivated, we delete its data as described in our Privacy page.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Crustat to break the law or anyone's rights, to track people in ways the law doesn't allow, to send fake or automated traffic, to attack, overload or probe the service, to get around its limits, or to copy or resell it. We may suspend an account that does. We'll tell you why, and give you a chance to fix it unless the problem is serious or urgent.

8. The service

We work hard to keep Crustat running and your numbers accurate, and we keep improving it. Features can change over time; we won't remove something you pay for in a way that makes Crustat much less useful without telling you at least 30 days before. There may be short breaks for maintenance or outages we can't control.

9. Our property

Crustat, its software, design, name and mascots belong to Web Freestyle SRL. You get the right to use Crustat while your account is active; nothing else is transferred. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.

10. Liability

Crustat is provided "as is". We don't promise it will meet every need or be free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and each party's total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You are responsible for claims against us caused by your websites or by using Crustat against these terms.
Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited, such as for fraud or intentional harm, or rights you have as a consumer.

11. Events outside our control

Neither of us is responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, such as major network outages, natural disasters or war.

12. Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms. You can export your data until your account is closed.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes go to the courts of Chișinău. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live and can go to your local courts.

15. The rest

These terms, together with the Privacy page and the Data Processing Agreement, are the whole agreement between us about Crustat. If a part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over Crustat; we'll tell you. You may transfer it only with our written agreement.
