Requirements

What you need to run Crustat.

• macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later
• Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) — the current build is Apple-Silicon only
• Claude Code installed and signed in — required for the live rate-limit display (see Signing in)
• Signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens without security warnings

Token usage and Anthropic’s status work the moment you launch. The rate-limit section is the only part that needs a Claude subscription login.
